Usage terms

SeedreamTools is an independent third-party workspace, not affiliated with ByteDance. This version is under development. Its presence does not imply that generation, account access or purchases are open.

Inputs and rights

Use only images and text you have permission to process. Input moderation does not establish copyright, likeness or commercial-use rights. Do not attempt to bypass provider safeguards. You are responsible for reviewing results and their suitability before use.

Prohibited content

Do not request, upload or generate any of the following:

• Pornography, sexual content or other NSFW content.
• Graphic violence, gore or content encouraging violence.
• Hate speech or abusive content targeting protected groups.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors or other child-endangering content.
• Deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, face swaps, nudification, fabricated intimate scenes or false depictions of a real person's speech or actions.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other third-party rights.

Upload a real person's image only if it is your own image or you have that person's permission. Permission does not permit prohibited deepfake uses. Do not bypass safeguards or misrepresent AI output as evidence of a real event.

Moderation and enforcement

Text and input images must pass automated SeeAPI input review before a model request. Model-provider safeguards remain enabled. Output review before display is being developed and must be verified before generation opens. Requests that fail a safety check are refused; results that do not pass review must not be delivered or charged as successful tasks.

We may refuse prohibited requests, stop affected tasks and remove content that violates these terms. Serious or repeated abuse may result in withdrawal of access. Unused paid balances and mandatory consumer rights will be handled under the refund policy; this policy does not impose an automatic forfeiture of all credits.

Reports and appeals

Report suspected abuse, infringement or an incorrect moderation decision through the support contact below. Include the relevant task or order identifier and a short explanation. Do not email sensitive source images unless requested through a suitable channel. We will review available records, remove confirmed prohibited content where under our control and explain an applicable decision to the account owner.

Task behavior

Each accepted task uses the model and fixed credit quote shown at submission. Downloads remain subject to file expiry. Generation and editing can introduce errors. Layer export produces raster images and metadata, not original design files, editable fonts or vectors.

Availability and costs

No model speed, exact preservation or fixed layer count is guaranteed. Execution closes when configuration, budget or account access is unavailable. No fee is charged while checkout is closed. Launch credit packs and task rates are listed on the pricing page; purchases are one-time, with no recurring charge. Payments will be processed by Waffo Pancake, and a return-page redirect alone does not confirm payment. We do not store card details. The refund policy covers cash refunds and failed-task credit releases. Verified operator identity and a working support channel must be provided before charging opens.
